Posting from the Blogger Mobile application...
As the increase in portable electronics and personal computers, Blogger among other social sites have created mobile applications to make social tasks much easier such as blogging, tweeting, messaging and sharing images. I have downloaded the Blogger application on my iPhone and will be using it to upload a variety of blog posts which will be useful to my production.
This is my first mobile post, it is much easier to post from the application than the website as features and tools are much simpler to use as well as more efficiently laid out considering the smaller screen size and keyboard.
I will be using the application on my mobile to upload images, ideas, plans and other useful information to my project.

Fast/Slow Editing Task
This editing task allowed us to familiarise ourselves with the video camera as well as experiment with various editing techniques and camera movement types. The special effects were applied after recording on 'Final Cut' as was the sound track.
As our final product (music video) will incorporate a soundtrack and special effects, getting use to softwares such as Final Cut, Photoshop and iMovie would be vital early on in the project.
In addtion to using a conventional video camera, I used my iPhone to create a few time lapse shot to understand how to gain insightful shot types. The reason for undertaking these practise tasks was to get a 'feel' of the available editing techniques for me to use when producing my final product. This helped me to be better prepared for using video as a medium.
TimeLapse 1: I used my iPhone with the time-lapse feature and recorded the view from my car window, in 3 minutes of video the edit trimmed it down to 2 seconds. This shot idea is very creative and has a good impact to show long scenes and cut them down.
Time Lapse 2: The second time lapse was when the phone was placed on a tri pod, this allowed one long continuous shot which captured the entire scene. This shot type can be used for certain scenes however if it lasted for three minutes it may get boring for the audience.
